- Shuttle on the 3rd and 5th of March 2026 at 14:00. All arrivals can stay at Road Lodge, Bloemfontein, a mere 300 m from the airport. Special shuttle can be arranged for Firday the 6 th of March for 12:00 in order for all athletes to be able to attend the welcoming ceremony at 18:00. All athletes will be transferred back to either the airport or the City Road Lodge in Bloemfontein on Monday 23 rd of March 2026. This shuttle service is included in the entry fee for Deca Continious and Deca per day only.

- "Finisher" gift, medals
- All meals included for athletes as from Lunch on the 6 March 2026 untill the Award Ceremony. All early arrivals can be catered for at an additional cost as set out above or must make use of the restaurtant facilities at the resort and or the convenient store just outside of the resort.
