• 10% Deposit is required to book your race. You can make arrangements for installments to pay the balance directly with the organizer Retha Rousseau 
• Campsite FREE 4 Nights - Athlete + 1 (2 People Sharing) Tent can be provided on request. Chalet Accommodation extra - to be reserved via eMail to admin@ultratrisouthafrica.com)
• Showers and Washroom facilities 24hrs a day
• Refreshments on the course
• Shuttle if needed (To be arranged by eMail)
• Podiums: The first 3 scratches for men and woman
• "Finisher" gift, medals
• Meals included for the Athletes during the duration of the race

Once Off Payments will be refunded as follow:
Before 31 October 2024 75% Refund
Before 31 December 2024 50% Refund
After 01/01/2025 No Refund
